Comprehensive return-to-work programs and support services for safe and sustainable return to employment

What This Service Is

Structured support to safely reconnect with work.

Return to Work (RTW) services support an injured person to safely reconnect with work through structured, evidence-based guidance. This includes both Recovery at Work with the same employer and Return to Work with a different employer when staying with the pre-injury employer is no longer suitable. The service focuses on understanding the person's capacity, the requirements of the workplace, and the barriers that may influence recovery. From there, a clear and practical plan is developed to help them regain function, confidence and stability in the most direct pathway back to work.
